We’re so impressed with Lens Culture’s grand prize winner for student photographer of the year. Maroesjka Lavigne traveled to Iceland at the height of Winter, photographing the transformation that occurs when the country falls under a blanket of snow.

um yes I had been with other people before them. but I don’t really want to go into details about it all because it’s personal. I’m not a sobbing heartbroken mess or anything, though.
I guess all I’ll say is when you have real feelings for someone, it’s not always easy to move on.
