design 4: video | assignment 2: musical interpretation/abstraction
this is just a small project I did for my video class. as someone who is not very confident with video, I’m pretty pleased with how this turned out. change the settings to HD to watch in its full glory!
also, thank you marie for helping with the music selection & sam for modeling!
so I made this thing for class and idk I’m kind of happy with it but by next week I’ll probably hate it so I guess you guys should watch it.
One of my finals for fall 2012! I’ll be posting individual portraits, also.
Since coming to Parsons in 2011, I’ve struggled with where exactly I fit in art history’s massive canon. In the past year and a half, I have experimented with several areas of photography in an attempt to find an answer. This project is a response, in which my sitters literally adopt ‘masks’ of various artists.
Shot on a 4x5 film camera, with Kodak Portra 400.

Visit to the Museum of Natural History, part 3
From my recent trip to the Museum of Natural History :) (more on my photo blog)
My blog has a new layout! I’ve been undecided for a while on whether or not I wanted to change from my previous theme, but I just adore the look of this one. New additions include an “about me” section (it’s not completely finished yet), and links to different posts tagged under: personal, daily life, moi (meaning pictures of myself), and my work.
Ahhh, I love a new layout.
This is my new desktop! I love making collages.
If anyone is interested, I just finished the last of my college applications, and so I have a finalized portfolio together. For different schools I submitted different things, but this is the majority of what I included. I’m not sure I’m 100% satisfied with everything, but I’m usually never satisfied. So please go check it out and I’d love any feedback/comments!
